Philadelphia Celebrates the Hyojeong Cosmic Blessing Ceremony
Philadelphia held the Hyojeong Cosmic Blessing for 1st generation Unificationist couple Kevin Maher and Ana Dequiros. 50 of their family and friends joined the ceremony along with the Unificationists of the Philadelphia community. The Blessing Ceremony went very smoothly, as the beauty of the beginning of their relationship based on true love permeated throughout the room.
During the Holy Wine ceremony, Kevin’s parents Michael and Natalie Maher as well as Ana’s aunt, uncle, and six other couples who are close to Kevin’s family drank the holy wine and rededicated their marriage. Everyone at the ceremony received holy water.
“I felt an amazing amount of unconditional love during the entire ceremony,” said Ana. “The love from Heavenly Parent, True Parents, our families, friends, and community was overwhelming in the best way.”
