Harue Hibner (Kashiwazaki) was born in Aomori, Japan, and grew up there. She was the third daughter of five siblings. Her parents were Isami Kashiwazaki and Yoshie Oono.

She joined the Unification Church in her late teens with her older sister, Eiko. After joining the church, she received the Blessing with Joseph Hibner in 1982 in the 2,075 Blessing Ceremony. They were married for 38 years. During their marriage, they had a daughter named Seong-Oea. Harue had one grandson named Jonah. She enjoyed Facetiming Seong-Oea and Jonah. She bought Jonah many gifts like clothes and toys. It brought her so much joy seeing Jonah crawling and playing.

Harue spent most of her professional life working for True World Foods. She was a salesperson and developed many friendships with her clients and coworkers. She always had a smile greeting customers during her restaurant visits.

During Harue’s free time, she relaxed by watching Korean and Japanese dramas. She left off watching Eternal Love, season 1, episode 51. She sang with the choir and had a beautiful voice. She liked karaoke nights and eating out with her friends. She and her husband enjoyed spending time in nature. She volunteered to cook at church events. She was a great cook.

She had a big heart and passion to give. She had an attitude to serve and a heart of attendance to God and True Parents. She was always happy to be around people and offer a small gift. When guests were at her house, she prepared food and tea and spent time catching up and laughing. Harue had a fun sense of humor and a big smile.

She was also a fighter. She has been a breast cancer survivor since 2011. Unfortunately in August 2020, she felt weak and found out she had leukemia. She started with 92% cancer cells in her bones and in October she found out that she had 1% cancer cells left. During her chemotherapy treatments, she got stomach pain and went to the emergency room. Unfortunately, there were complications and she passed away at 3:30 PM at Northwest Community Hospital on November 11, 2020.

She was a loved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend She will be missed by so many people and will continue to love us in the spiritual world.
