The Montana Family Church conducted a weekly small group to read and discuss the Family Matching Handbook. Chad Martin, Local BFM Coordinator, shared with us how the experience was for them.
“We have been doing small groups in our local community for about six years with a variety of materials. Our most successful small group material has been the Family Matching Handbook, which we spent a year reading and discussing on a weekly basis. The Family Matching Handbook was the right book at the right time, as we had four families that had adult children interested in the matching process.
The Matching Handbook presents a safe way to meet and relate to potential matches. One good thing about the Matching Handbook is that it is not controversial. There is nothing for any of to get into an argument over. It is totally positive, useful, practical, short, and simple.”
