Dear Nathaniel, as one previous poster has written, you have been a saint through and through. Although I only knew you for as short time as a van-mate on Ohio MFT in ’78-’79 your faith and love for God and True Parents made you a source of great encouragement for us all and rock on our team. During a time of much persecution of our church you were also targeted as an African-American and for that you deserve an eternal heavenly crown and glory. God bless and keep you forever in your newly ascended home!

Along with Alberto I was with Nathaniel in Korea. We stayed after our Blessing to help with the just begun Segye Ilbo newspaper in Incheon. In addition we mobilized to generally support the Korean church. Reading of his passing prompted me to look over some of my pictures of those days. A notable picture was our celebrating the birthday of a local one-handed Buddhist monk in his home; twelve Unificationists from around the world and one monk. After Korea I saw him only once more in Oakland to see Dae Mo Nim.
Alberto, on Vimeo if you click on “1989 – 890112 – 1275 Couples Blessing (1) European Office” I’m at minute 7:46 you are close by at 7:50. Nathaniel is interviewed in another video on YouTube “(Part 1) My Blessing in Korea, 1275 couples (January 12, 1989)” at minute 10:41 you can see it. Thank you Nat for being God’s faithful servant.

I was blessed with Nathaniel Stewart 1275 couples in Korea 12. January 1989, we were together in Korea in the Mission for some time, then sadly Nathaniel went back to USA wanting to fundraise there for his donation. And soon after writing me, that he wants to break the blessing. Thereafter I went back to Germany. II would be glad to hear from somebody how he lived in USA and if he was married and where ih his son Michael. I live alone in Germany.

I didn’t know Nathaniel personally. I met him after he was matched to my spiritual daughter, Carole Lewis, who is also in the spiritual world. I was always under the impression that they were blessed. After I left New York in 1989, I lost contact with Carole, only to find out that she had been killed, while witnessing. May Nathaniel find the peace and love in the eternal world.
