Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Our beloved brother, Nathan Terrell, of the Minneapolis Family Church in Minnesota, ascended unexpectedly to the Spirit World on Wednesday, June 21. Nathan was a military man when he met our movement in Las Vegas in the 70s and retired from army service to dedicate himself to the service of God and True Parents. His family, friends, and those who knew him will forever cherish and remember his thoughtful, prayerful, and loving personality.

Nathan is survived by his wife of 35 years, Angela and their two sons, Onrai and Richmon.

Let us join together to support Nathan's family, and pray for his victorious transition to a glorious new life in the spiritual world, where our True Father and many saints are waiting for him with open arms and hearts.

Following is a biography and information about Nathan's Seonghwa Ceremony from Rev. Hyungtae Ha, district pastor, and pastor of the Minneapolis Church.

Sincerely,

Dr. Ki Hoon Kim
Continental Director

Dr. Michael Balcomb
President

Nathan Dean Terrell was born in Gary, Indiana on July 3, 1959 to Nathaniel and Irene Terrell and has 7 sisters.

Nathan served in the U.S. military in the 1970s and then left it to join the Unification movement in Las Vegas. He later worked with the fish business in California and also worked with the International Religious Foundation (IRF) in New York.

In 1982 at Madison Square Garden, Nathan was blessed to Angela Rivera Terrell from Barbados as part of the 2075 Couples’ Blessing. They had been matched just the week before! As an international couple, Nathan and Angela have two wonderful sons: Onrai is 24, and Richmon is 21. They have been living in Minneapolis for the last ten years, and have been part of the Minneapolis community. Nathan passed unexpectedly of a lung blockage on Wednesday, June 21, 2017.

Nathan will always be remembered as a man who served his family, even on the day of his ascension. He was a well-liked and quiet man. A praying man, he kept daily conditions of Hoon Dok Hwe and study. His motivation to serve others was noticed, and he will forever be dearly loved by all who knew him and cared for him.
