God Bless You Mark and God Bless your family. You’ll be missed by all who know you. Even tho our faith tells us about spirit world, still – as long as we continue living in this plane, we don’t truly know what it’s like in life after. Now you know Mark! Many many blessings my brother ….. see you soon ……

Mark was an extraordinary person of impeccable character , deep faith and love of God. He was fundraising when he was chosen personally by True Father to come to work at East Garden. He worked there 26 years starting out with security and then became a personal tutor to the True Children. His last mission was taking care of the horse farm.
He then went to his hometown of New Orleans. May God be with his family at this difficult time.

I witnessed to him in New Orleans where he was attending Tulane University. Upon hearing DP, he left university and joined the UC.

I remember Mark back in 1975 when we were fundraising in Indiana and Iowa. He was the team leader and was always focused on God and True Parents. I had heard later that he had some difficulties but it seems he overcame them and lived a victorious life. Thank you Mark. I will always remember you.

I lived at Belvedere working with New Future Films & Photo. I knew Mark. Later our daughters Mamina and Han Ja would be part of the GOP program. I wish the whole family well.

I remember Mark as a gracious, energetic brother always ready to serve at Belvedere and East Garden. He was a man of deep faith and maintained a positive attitude no matter how demanding the hours and long the day. He was able to keep a cool head and a bright smile. I appreciated his sense of humor and ability to keep things light, despite some difficult times. May Heavenly Parent’s Grace and Blessings be with you always!

I remember Mark very fondly. We were MFT captains in the same (Hayashi’s) region. He was always cheerful, positive and strong. I still have a front tooth with a little blood in it from banging it against his forehead in a game of soccer – he was very competitive and fun to be with … he will be missed – a truly positive force in the world. God bless you and your family Mark … we’ll meet again one day …

I met Mark when I received my fundraising mission to Iowa. What struck me about Mark was his sincere enthusiasm and interest in getting to know me. He made you feel welcomed . In later years when ever I had the pleasure of seeing him again .. I felt that same enthusiasm .What a gift he was to others….he leaves behind wonderful memories. May God Bless and protect your family…may you find peace and joy in your final home.

I also knew Mark for years while we worked together at Belvedere/East Garden. Mark is a righteous upright man who gave his utmost to live a truthful and loving life. His contribution to the Providence was tremendous at a most critical time in True Parents American and worldwide mission, being a tutor for certain True Children and helping make the Olympics Providence as successful as it was. Mark created an unshakeable foundation in his work at New Hope Farms which was the pivot point to propel True Parent’s family into participation at the 1988 and 1992 Olympics. The ’88 Seoul Olympics came right before the Berlin Wall fell and Soviet Russia melted down. This Olympics, with True Family’s direct participation in True Parents’ Homeland, was at that time as critical as Washington Monument but on a world level. The conditions True Parents set to claim victory in ’88 brought the Communist world to its knees and also further set conditions for True Parents to meet Kim Il Sung. Mark’s contribution laid the foundation for True Children’s direct participation in Seoul, of which we all will be eternally grateful. The New Hope Farms work and all the horse shows, tutoring, security work, and other assistance is Mark’s gift to bring to Heavenly Parent and to True Father in spirit world. He is a soldier who will be sorely missed on earth. He is heeding to another calling for greater witnessing and contributions in spirit world to greatly assist True Father and the other True Children who have gone before us. God bless Mark, and especially his loving wife Michiko. God Bless Bernadette who has suffered terribly due to an accident caused by someone else. May the Hand of the Heavenly Parent be upon Mark and his family, especially during this adjustment time for them. We are all one family, and their pain is our pain, their rejoicing is our rejoicing!

Mark will always be remembered in the United States and overseas with affection and appreciation for his love and devotion to God, especially in the early years of our Unification movement. He was one of the first people to attend True Parents directly at Belvedere and East Garden. In every sense, he was a pioneer and our brother, and we will miss him. We offer our sincere prayers and condolences to all the family, which has endured so much in recent years.
