On Tuesday, July 26 2016, our dear brother Philippe Jacques ascended to the spirit world following a brief hospitalization at the UZ Leuven in Belgium.
Born on February 21, 1951 in Anderlecht in Belgium, he joined the Unification Church in Brussels in 1979. In 1992, he received the Marriage Blessing with Yoko Tanabe in the 30,000 Couples Blessing Ceremony in Seoul. In 1997, they welcomed their daughter Mishio Jacques.
Since February 2005, Philippe and his spouse Yoko are responsible for the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification and Universal Peace Federation in Belgium.
The Seung Hwa Ceremony was held on Saturday, July 30, 2016, at 12 PM at the Peace Embassy.
